Combine all the dry ingredients
Lay the salmon on plastic wrap Apply the cure to both sides of the salmon Wrap the salmon tight in the plastic wrap and let sit for 24 hours in the refrigerator *Optional, cold smoke with Alder wood |
Throw Down BBQ Wings

Part all the wings
Coat the wings with Get Twisted All Purpose Rub Preheat the grill to 350* Cook the wings for 30-45 minutes Toss the wings in the "Basic Syrup" Place wings back on the grill until they reach 190-195* (We cook them this hot to make sure they pull off the bone clean) Optional - take a small torch and crisp up the skins Toss the wings in the Melon Madness Wing Sauce |
