Championship BBQ Ribs
What you need
- 1 Slab of St. Louis Style Ribs
- Get Twisted All Purpose BBQ Rub
- Melon Madness Sweet Watermelon BBQ Sauce
1. Start by removing the membrane (skin) from the back of the ribs
2. Apply an even coat of Get Twisted All Purpose Rub to both sides of the slab
3. Preheat the smoker to 300* Degrees
4. Place the ribs on the grate, bone side down
5. Once the ribs are on, put a couple chunks of Cherry Mojo Bricks and 1 Hickory Mojo Brick on the coals
6. All the ribs to cook for 2 hours
7. Remove the ribs from the grill, place the slab of ribs on the foil, this time meat side up. Apply Melon Madness to both sides.
8. Wrap the foil tight around the ribs. Make sure nothing has poked through.
9. Place the wrapped ribs back on the grill for about 20-30 more minutes, or until internal temperature is about 208-210
10. Once the ribs have reached the desired internal temp, let them rest for at least 30 minutes.
